Social life is only possible when people believe that:
- Other people are not their enemy
- Their interests are linked to their own
- Cooperation is possible and beneficial
Anyone who worked at Saubermacher for a long enough time has seen how incredible the company’s culture is at driving these ideas out of people’s heads. Social life is a dangerous process when you are a non unionized big corporation. People may start to develop networks of solidarity and empathy to resist everyday opression in the workplace.
